About Goodstart Warragul Sutton Street
Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Warragul – Sutton Street is located in the quiet streets of Warragul on a large block. We have cows as neighbours and although ours is a rural setting, we are still close to schools, shops and community facilities.
We welcome children aged six weeks to five years and is made up of five purpose built rooms divided into age groups. We also provide Before and After School Care programs for children that attend 2 local schools, Warragul North and Saint Paul’s.
We also provide Vacation Care programs during the school holidays for school aged children up to the age of 12.
Our staff are highly dedicated professionals who pride themselves on supporting early childhood development, care and education.
Inside, all of the rooms - from Nursery to Kindergarten / Preschool - are all set up in line with an Early Years Learning Framework, with sensory and play based learning opportunities. Colourful, stimulating surrounds ensure the children have the chance to grow and develop through sensory, play-based learning; and we are focused on ensuring the children are ready to take that all important step up to school.
Our Storypark platform, as well as regular family nights and emailed newsletters, enable us to stay in close contact with parents and families, ensuring open and clear communication. This also means we can tailor each program to the child’s individual needs, interests and strengths – as well as the strong level of cultural diversity in our centre.
Outside, we have age appropriate play spaces and equipment, all geared to enhance the children’s awareness of their surrounds and the greater environment, as well as their understanding of the importance of sustainability.
We also have a cook at the centre providing tasty and nutritious meals for the children when tummies start to growl.
Community is also important to us and through visits to the centre and participation in events and activities throughout the year we are able to enrich the learning experience. Art and music experiences are provided on a daily basis which allow the children to freely express their creativity.
Working closely with families and community, the staff at Goodstart Warragul Sutton Street ensure children receive the knowledge and experience they need in the first five years of their life.
We would welcome the opportunity to meet with you and your family and learn a little about how we can best support you on the journey of lifelong learning.

Elissa Wuoti Centre Director
My name is Elissa Wuoti and I have recently joined Goodstart as a Director since October, 2017.
I have transitioned into the Early Learning industry with a Diploma qualification in the last few years, working in Melbourne CBD and multiple Early Learning Centres around Gippsland. Previously, I have had a long career in international leadership roles throughout Australia, London and Hong Kong.
The Early Learning industry has been a long time passion and interest of mine so I am completely honoured to be in the role and I believe in establishing strong, positive, quality relationships with our educators, families, children and partnership in the community.
You will see our educators with children on regular excursions in our countryside to regular parks, bush walks, picnics outdoors and exploring the wonderful natural environment which we are surrounded in.
We would love for you to come and meet us, see our centre and view our program as we are always welcoming of new children and families.
