Our Commitment to Quality, Safety and Compliance

Opening a child care and early learning service in New South Wales involves more than great intentions — it requires meeting robust legal standards and approvals designed to protect children and ensure exceptional quality of care.

To deliver our Early Learning Services in full compliance with NSW law, we are currently progressing through the formal approval process administered by the NSW Early Learning Commission and the NSW Department of Education. 

This includes:

✔ Provider Approval
Before offering education and care, we must first be approved as a provider under the Children (Education and Care Services) National Law (NSW). This step confirms that our leadership, governance and capability to operate align with the expectations set out in the National Quality Framework (NQF).

✔ Service Approval
Once provider approval is granted, we will apply for Service Approval for our Albury - Mate Street Early Learning Centre itself. This authorises us to operate a centre-based service that meets all regulatory requirements, including safety, staffing, programming and environment standards under the National Law and the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011.

These approvals ensure that our centre not only meets legal obligations but also upholds best practice in early childhood education and care,  providing peace of mind for families choosing Mate Street Early Learning Centre.
