Hello families! I’m Nadyne Piotto, the Centre Director at Goodstart Bondi Junction - Oxford Street West.

My journey into Early Childhood Education began nearly 10 years ago, after leaving a career in tax law to follow my true passion: supporting children, families, and our future. From a young age, I loved caring for younger cousins, and that same joy still inspires me today.

I believe every child is a universe of curiosity and wonder, and it’s a privilege to nurture that each day.

I’ve worked across both private and not-for-profit services, and I’m thrilled to now be leading our wonderful Bondi Junction West team as part of the Bondi Cluster community. My approach combines evidence-based practice with the power of a nurturing community. Research shows that high-quality, play-based learning builds strong foundations for children’s lifelong learning, wellbeing, and resilience and I am committed to creating an environment where this happens every day.

As a mother myself, I understand how important it is to choose the right service for your child. That responsibility is one I hold with deep respect, and it shapes my leadership style. I believe in collaboration, shared leadership, and open communication, ensuring our educators feel supported and empowered to deliver the best for our children and families.

At the heart of my work is a strong belief in equality and children’s rights. When children feel secure, loved, and valued, they grow into confident, capable, and compassionate individuals - ready to make a positive difference in the world. That is the true power of Early Years Education, and I’m honoured to share that journey with your family.

The above fees are effective from 7 July 2025 and are based on a 10 hour session, for attendance between 2 and 4 days per week. 5 day bookings receive a generous discount per day. Note that different combinations of sessions times and number of days can increase or decrease the daily rate.
