Goodstart Early Learning Lane Cove is located in the heart of Lane Cove, surrounded by a vibrant local community made up of shops, restaurants and a number of local schools and educational facilities as well as an abundance of gum trees. 
At Goodstart Lane Cove, we’re dedicated to providing a nurturing and educational environment for children aged 12 months to five years of age.

At Goodstart Lane Cove, we value the role of the parent as the most important carer and aim to work in partnership with our families by promoting their involvement in the centre. Our centre’s children, families and educators are from diverse and multicultural backgrounds and together we embrace each other’s differences and use this special mix of people to teach and learn with spirit, fun and laughter each and every day.
We pride ourselves on our involvement in our local community from excursions to our library and village to our participation in local council events throughout the year.
Our team of experienced and dedicated educators are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children. With a focus on building strong, positive relationships, we go out of our way to see your child feel valued and supported every day. Our centre has a fully committed team of educators, many of whom have been in our team for more than 10 years. 
Safety is our top priority and we look after our centres. They're intentionally designed to make the best use of our early learning resources and our settings are enriching and engaging. From spacious outdoor play areas to well-appointed learning spaces, we'll have many things that meet your child's interests and individual needs. 
Our centre is spacious both inside and out, offering an abundance of learning tools across two large classrooms and two well-shaded yards. Outside, we have two areas all with age appropriate play spaces and equipment. With sandpits, climbing forts, dry creek beds, kitchen, slides, vegetable garden, undercover deck and a stage, there is plenty to keep the children entertained and allow them to let their imaginations run free - all in a safe and shaded space!
If your child attends childcare with us, they can stay with us until they start school. At Goodstart Lane Cove, we offer a government-assessed and approved preschool program. This curriculum is designed as a part of the Australian government's early years learning framework and it's delivered by bachelor-qualified early childhood teachers. This early education program applies across the country with school readiness in mind.

Children need to feel safe and supported to learn and grow, so we promote key educator relationships between our educators and children. Your child will have at least one key educator who takes them under their wing and really gets to know them. We keep families informed with regular updates on their child's progress and we welcome family involvement in our centre events and activities.

My chosen profession of working within the early childhood sector expresses my commitment and passion to deliver quality learning experiences for children from Birth to Five Years. I endeavour to build trusting relationships with children, families, colleagues and the local community
I have been working in the Early Childhood Sector for 12 years, having studied my Diploma of Children's Services in 2012 and completed my Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (Birth to Five Years) with Charles Sturt University in 2018.
Working as an educator allowed me to build upon leadership skills within my role, progressing to take on positions of Team Leader in both Nursery and Pre-school Rooms. This experience progressed my role as an Assistant Director and now Centre Director.
