Hello! My name is Marita and I’m the Centre Director of Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Coopers Plains. I have an Advanced Diploma of Children’s Services and I have worked in the Childcare industry since 1994.

I choose to work in child care because I believe that the first five years of a child’s life are the most important. I want to be a part of encouraging them to grow and develop a love of learning early in life.

My devoted team and I strive to provide the highest quality care to all of the children that attend our service. We believe that trust, respect and consistent communication form a strong partnership with families.

We respect and support the role of families and their involvement and participation is essential to ensuring continuity, a high quality program and progression in a child’s learning and development of future success.

At Coopers Plains, you and your child can enjoy the best of both worlds. Our centre offers a kindergarten program and long day care under the one roof. Our kindergarten teachers are University qualified and provide a play-based learning program that will support your child in learning the skills for school and life.

With multi-child discounts and government funded Kindergarten/Preschool in some states, out-of-pocket costs could be even less than you think!

The above fees are effective from 7 July 2025 and are based on a 10 hour session, for attendance between 2 and 4 days per week. 5 day bookings receive a generous discount per day. Note that different combinations of sessions times and number of days can increase or decrease the daily rate.

* Estimates are calculated based on CCS rates as of January 2026, for an activity level of 72 activity hours on a 10hr session and a 3 day booking.
