Children need to feel safe and supported to learn and grow, so we promote key educator relationships between our educators and children. Your child will have at least one educator (their key educator) who takes them under their wing and really gets to know them. 
Our Key Educator relationships help children form secure attachments. Educators work closely with smaller groups and individual children to better understand each child. These relationships lead to improved outcomes for children as we foster more communication between families and educators. 
We inform families regularly about their child's progress and welcome family involvement in our centre events and activities.

My journey in early education began in Melbourne before leading me to the serene landscapes of Toowoomba in 2017. With over a decade of experience in early childhood education, I've dedicated myself to nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning. It's more than just a career—it's my passion, ignited by the boundless curiosity and potential of every child I encounter.
I believe in the innate competence of children as learners and strive to create environments where they can thrive and explore. My appreciation for the natural world runs deep, and we incorporate nature-based experiences into our curriculum, instilling a sense of wonder and respect for the environment.
