Goodstart recognises excellence and impact at 2025 National Goodies awards
Goodstarters from across the nation gathered to celebrate best practice at the 2025 National Goodies awards this week.
Movement & Dance – developing a healthy lifestyle while having fun!
Movement classes with music offer incredible benefits for young children, helping them develop coordination, language skills, mathematical reasoning, confidence, and creativity. Our engaging dance and movement incursions will support school readiness while ensuring children have fun and develop a healthy lifestyle!
Our incursion programs follow the Early Years Learning Framework and are endorsed by a Paediatric Occupational Therapist:
- Every Monday Hey Dee Ho delight our children with interactive music lessons
- Every Friday the coaches from Kelly Sports build fundamental skills like balance, hand-eye coordination, and foot-eye coordination. With sessions that include, warm-ups and activities introduce the basics of sports such as Basketball, AFL, and Soccer, helping children grow, learn, and thrive through movement and play.
Our qualified educators and teachers also run daily activities; children will enjoy:

- Gross Motor Action Songs
- Creative Dance with Props
- Musical Story Time

- Sports & Parachute Activities
