All learning rooms have direct access to our outdoor natural play space, with sensory gardens, pergola, digging patch, vegetable garden, mud kitchen and three sandpits.
Our beautiful outdoor dining hub is a dedicated space for meals. And the child-height servery allows our professional cook to engage the children in cooking and preparing meals.

Children need to feel safe and supported to learn and grow, so we promote key educator relationships between our educators and children. Your child will have at least one educator (their key educator) who takes them under their wing and really gets to know them. 
Our Key Educator relationships help children form secure attachments. Educators work closely with smaller groups and individual children to better understand each child. These relationships lead to improved outcomes for children as we foster more communication between families and educators. 
We inform families regularly about their child's progress and welcome family involvement in our centre events and activities.  
At our Goodstart Griffin centre, we're proud to inspire your child's love of learning with the support of our passionate and qualified Early Childhood Teacher. Teachers with bachelor's degrees run our kindergarten program, so children can be well on their way to excellent learning outcomes by the time they start school.

The team at Goodstart Griffin goes above and beyond to create a loving, safe, and educational environment where children are encouraged to explore, grow, and thrive. My girls come home smiling, excited to share what they’ve learned - from fun activities and crafts to social skills and new discoveries.
I have been the Centre Director at Goodstart Griffin since 2026.
I hold a Diploma in Early Education and Care, and an Advanced Diploma in Sector Management. I take great joy and satisfaction in overseeing the educational programs and care at Goodstart Griffin.
Although I am new to Long Day Care, I have been in the Early Childhood industry for 10 years and I have enjoyed various roles.
I believe that children are inherently capable, and when we provide them with meaningful opportunities to explore, experiment, and take ownership of their learning, so that they grow into strong, independent, and confident individuals. My passion lies in creating environments where children feel trusted, empowered, and supported as they develop their own unique skills and sense of self.
A little more about me, all the pets in my home have been named after Lord of the Rings Characters. My Pomeranians are named Gandolf and Smeagol and my bearded Dragon is Smoug.
The Griffin community has a greatly diverse cultural background, and I welcome the opportunity to learn from all families about their traditions and celebrations. Goodstart Griffin is home to strong, passionate and eager educators that work towards relationships with children, families and communities, creating an environment where everyone is respected and valued.
