About Goodstart Semaphore Park
Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Semaphore Park is a small three room, 70 place centre. We are tucked into a lovely little part of our community, close to local schools, shops and residentials areas, as well as main roads and transport routes.
At Goodstart Semaphore Park our play-based early learning programs are delivered by experienced early childhood educators and teachers. We cater for children aged six weeks to five years, including a Government-approved Kindergarten program.
Our size means we can form strong close relationships with our families, which creates more opportunities to ensure our learning programs are tailored to your child’s individual interests, needs and strengths.
This is made simpler through our intuitive Storypark platform, which enables us to maintain consistent and clear communications with families. That means we are better place to support a child in their learning journey, ensure parents have peace of mind, and can track their children’s developments, milestones and achievements.
Outside, our playground areas are a balance of natural and manmade elements and play surfaces. We have carefully designed and planned spaces to encourage a stronger understanding of the environment and sustainability – while giving children the scope to explore, play and let their imaginations roam. Our large trees offer plenty of natural shade all year round.
We have a cook who provides three healthy nutritious meals per day, we supply all nappies, linen and sunscreen. All our new families are provided with a Welcome Park which includes a Goodstart t-shirt and hat.
A major focus for our centre is how working with the broader community can help us enrich the children’s learning experience. Through exploring visits to the centre as well as excursions and participation in community events, teaching the children about being a contributing and active member of society.
We invite you to book a tour and take a look around our centre, meet the team and explore how we can support your early learning journey. We look forward to welcoming you and your family! (If the tour times available don’t suit you or your family’s commitments please contact us to organise a different time).

Tiffany Watson Centre Director
I grew up on the LeFevre Peninsula and attended local schools before completing my Bachelor of Early Childhood Education at the University of South Australia. I live with my fiancé and 4-year-old daughter in the area and our passion as a family is sport, in particular football.
I have been with Goodstart for 8 years and in the early learning industry for almost 13 years in total. During my early learning journey, I have worked across all rooms and age groups, as well as Teacher, Team Leader, Assistant Director and Educational Leader. Since as long as I can remember, I have had a passion for working with young children, wanting to make a difference in the world and knowing this begins from a young age.
As an educator, mother, aunt and now director, I am a strong believer that in every moment of everyday there are opportunities to learn and teach in many different ways, from routine moments to spontaneous play episodes. I believe children learn best when they are engaged and the best way to do this is by following their interests and passions because all lifelong skills can be learnt and taught in a variety of ways as each child learns through their own unique style.
I look forward to taking on the role of Centre Director and being part of your early learning journey with us at Goodstart Semaphore Park.
