Hello, my name is Alisha Pritchard and I am the Centre Director at Goodstart Glendale.

I began my journey as an Early Childhood Professional in 2006 and joined Goodstart Early Learning in 2017. I have obtained my Bachelor of Teaching at the University of New England which has assisted me with my work practices in the diverse centers and positions I have worked in over the years.

I joined Goodstart Glendale in 2023 and I feel so privileged to lead a highly qualified, experienced, and dedicated team that shares my vision of creating and maintaining rich and meaningful learning environments and embedding high quality practices that promotes lifelong learning for all individuals.

At the heart of my philosophy, I believe that forming strong and respectful relationships with all stakeholders is vital to providing the children with every opportunity to reach their full potential. I also believe in equity and inclusion and always strive to ensure that all children feel empowered to explore and learn in their own way and in their own time.

At Glendale, you and your child can enjoy the best of both worlds. Our centre offers a preschool program and long day care under the one roof. Our preschool teachers are University qualified and provide a play-based learning program that will support your child in learning the skills for school and life.

With multi-child discounts and government funded Kindergarten/Preschool in some states, out-of-pocket costs could be even less than you think!

The above fees are effective from 7 July 2025 and are based on a 10 hour session, for attendance between 2 and 4 days per week. 5 day bookings receive a generous discount per day. Note that different combinations of sessions times and number of days can increase or decrease the daily rate.

* Estimates are calculated based on CCS rates as of January 2026, for an activity level of 72 activity hours on a 10hr session and a 3 day booking.
