Goodstart Albany Creek - Flamingo Drive

Goodstart Early Learning Albany Creek – Flamingo Drive is located on Albany Creek Road. Our Early Learning Centre caters for children aged six weeks to school age. 

We have four internal rooms, have a Library with sensory space, and Art Atelier room which we use daily in small Key educator groups. 

At Flamingo Drive, we pride ourselves on being more than just a childcare centre — we are a strong community where children, families, and educators come together to create a true home away from home. Our centre thrives on a strong sense of belonging, where every child is known, valued, and supported. 

As a not-for-profit organisation, every decision we make is guided by what’s best for our children and families — not shareholders. This means we continuously reinvest in our centre, our educators, and our learning environments. Over the past year, we’ve undergone exciting changes, including a full interior facelift that has transformed our learning spaces into warm, welcoming, and inspiring environments. 

We’ve also proudly renovated our playgrounds, ensuring our outdoor areas are not only beautiful but also rich in opportunities for exploration, creativity, and physical development. 

We believe deeply in the importance of family involvement. Our doors are always open, and we actively encourage families to be part of their child’s early learning journey — whether that’s through shared events, Story Park learning platform, or simply having a chat with educators at drop-off and pick-up. It’s through these genuine partnerships that we create a nurturing and supportive environment for every child. 

Our commitment to providing rich and meaningful experiences extends beyond the centre walls. Regular excursions connect children with their wider community, building confidence and curiosity as they explore local parks, libraries, and Intergenerational Play with our Senior Participants at Estia Health. These adventures help children make sense of the world around them and foster a lifelong love of learning, sense of adventure and connections.
