Goodstart North Lakes - College Street

Goodstart Early Learning North Lakes – College Street is a 119 place early years education and care centre, catering to ages 6 weeks – Kindergarten. We are conveniently located across from numerous public and private schools and our location provides easy access to beautiful local parks, Westfield North Lakes, GP services, and public transport.  Our Centre features 2 Kindergarten rooms, both of which are run by Early Childhood Teachers.    

We have large outdoor spaces which include a balance of natural and manmade elements and a host of equipment and experiences which test the children, help them develop, and allow their imaginations to run freely.

At Goodstart North Lakes College Street, we pride ourselves on creating a safe play-based environment that supports your child’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development. This creates a solid foundation for their long-term education and sense of belonging. Our Centre boasts many long-standing staff, who are passionate, caring, and respectful of the community's many cultures, backgrounds, and differences.      

Our educators provide hands-on child-initiated programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework. We believe that secure, respectful, and reciprocal relationships provide children with a secure base for exploration and learning. Our educators are friendly, helpful, and dedicated to providing the highest possible level of education and care. We welcome input from families to allow us to further individualise and tailor our learning programs for each child.  

Our funded Kindergarten programs are run by passionate, Bachelor Qualified Early Childhood Teachers. These programs are supported by the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines to deliver exceeding learning experiences, intentional learning environments, and child-directed play.
