Hiya! My name is Sienna and I am the Centre Director at Goodstart Woodford.

I am a dedicated early childhood educator with a deep passion for supporting children in their critical early years. Over the years, I have gained valuable experience working with children from infancy through to kindergarten, and I truly believe in providing every child with a nurturing environment where they feel valued, safe, and encouraged to explore. I have been with Goodstart for over a decade and have been involved in various projects within the organisation through the years.

My philosophy is rooted in nature and play-based learning, as I believe that children learn best when they are actively engaged and empowered to drive their own learning. I focus on fostering curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth, which I see as key to building a solid foundation for lifelong learning. We are so lucky at Goodstart Woodford to be surrounded by trees, real grass and nature! I believe that children’s days should be filled with magic and curiosity and aim to provide children the opportunity to grow up as we did; climbing trees and digging in the mud and exploring the natural environment freely to their hearts content.

What I love most about being part of Goodstart is the organization’s strong commitment to both children and families. I am deeply inspired by the opportunity to work within a framework that emphasizes holistic development, where we support not only the child’s learning but also the vital role that families play in their growth. Our kindergarten teachers are University qualified and provide a play-based learning program that will support your child in learning the skills for school and life.

The above fees are effective from 6 July 2026 and are based on a 10 hour session, for attendance between 2 and 4 days per week. 5 day bookings receive a generous discount per day. Note that different combinations of sessions times and number of days can increase or decrease the daily rate.

* Estimates are calculated based on CCS rates as of January 2026, for an activity level of 72 activity hours on a 10hr session and a 3 day booking.
