Goodstart Hoppers Crossing - Heaths Road

Goodstart Hoppers Crossing Heaths Road is located close to the intersection of Tarneit and Heaths Roads, close to several primary schools and a shopping complex. The childcare centre has been operating for approximately 25 years.
 
We cater for children aged six weeks to five years. Our centre is a double story building with all learning environments downstairs and staff amenities and a conference room situated upstairs. We have three generous outdoor play areas which incorporate natural play areas, sustainability and a range of fine and gross motor experiences.

We offer 2 years of kinder. That's two years of continued high-quality early learning, playing and making friends. Everything your child needs to feel ready for school.
 
At Goodstart Hoppers Crossing Heaths Road, we have many long-standing educators, some of whom have been with us for over a decade. A number of our educators are bi- or multi-lingual, which assists us in fostering a sense of belonging for families from similar cultural backgrounds.
 
We communicate verbally with families on a daily basis and also update our families on centre events, incursions or share information through Storypark. Storypark is also used for documenting individual learning for each child. Children are asked for their permission to display their artwork throughout the centre.
 
We offer progressive meal times which gives the children choice when deciding if they are ready to eat or not.
Our extracurricular activities include weekly incursions such as Hey Dee Ho – music program, Hey Dee Ho – fiction factory and Happy Feet Fitness.
Throughout the year we also have a variety of incursions such as; chicken hatching program, rabbit rearing program, dental visit, regular maternal child and health nurse visits, wildlife animals, farm animals, pony rides, puppet shows, plus a whole heap more.
Our centre celebrates a range of cultural days including; chinese new year, easter, diwali, halloween and christmas.
