Hello, my name is Leisa Dzikov and I am the Centre Director at Goodstart Keilor Village. I have worked within the early learning sector for over 22 years, 19 of which I have spent as a Centre Director for Goodstart. I currently hold my Diploma of Community Services.

As a parent of two children, I understand the importance of providing a sense of belonging to each individual child and look forward to building positive respectful relationships with you and your family.

Children are central to everything we do, and we demonstrate this by ensuring we put each child’s best interests first. I’m very passionate about providing high quality care for children and their families. I love seeing the children grow and develop through the first five years of their life which is so important.

My goal as a Centre Director is to deliver a high-quality learning program that allows children to reach their full potential. I’m also committed in providing a warm, comfortable, and relaxed environment where parents and children can feel a sense of belonging. I also believe that collaboration with families, educators and children provides the best opportunity for each child.

I am looking forward to meeting with you and your families at Goodstart Keilor Village and supporting you and your child on their pathway to lifetime learning.

At Keilor Village , you and your child can enjoy the best of both worlds. Our early learning centre offers a Government-funded kindergarten program and long day care under the one roof. Our kindergarten teachers are University qualified and provide a play-based learning program that will support your child in learning the skills for school and life.

With multi-child discounts and government funded Kindergarten/Preschool in some states, out-of-pocket costs could be even less than you think!

The above fees are effective from 7 July 2025 and are based on a 10 hour session, for attendance between 2 and 4 days per week. 5 day bookings receive a generous discount per day. Note that different combinations of sessions times and number of days can increase or decrease the daily rate.

* Estimates are calculated based on CCS rates as of January 2026, for an activity level of 72 activity hours on a 10hr session and a 3 day booking.
