About Goodstart Mawson Lakes Avocet Drive
Goodstart Early Learning Mawson Lakes first opened on 4th May 2004 on Avocet Drive, located in Shearwater Estate.
Each of our rooms have highly motivated and qualified staff, dedicated to the learning and development of each and every child.
Goodstart Early Learning Mawson Lakes offers The Early Years Learning Program, an educational program currently offered across all age groups.
Goodstart Early Learning Mawson Lakes will continue to provide encouraging and stimulating learning environments supported by our dedicated carers and teachers.
Goodstart Early Learning Mawson Lakes prides itself on ensuring that all centre facilities are constantly upgraded, providing a safe and secure environment for all children. Our extensive play and educational facilities are specifically designed with child safety and child development as the main priority. We have two outside play areas, one for the more adventurous children over the age of two years and another for the children under two years of age. This allows us to provide age appropriate gross and fine motor experiences in a social setting, aiming to gain the most out of learning through play.
You are invited to visit our centre to view for yourself the high quality care that we provide and to meet our dedicated carers and teachers.
At Goodstart Early Learning Mawson Lakes the children we care for are provided with learning, laughing, singing, counting and making lifelong friendships whilst getting the most educational start to life.
We provide early learning & care to these groups:

I am passionate about nurturing children’s learning and development, and love to share excitement with them throughout their learning. Early Childhood is not only about preparing for school, but also nurturing children and providing them with lifelong learning and skills.
I enjoy the difference in every day, tailoring learning and discovery paths to suit the children’s needs, and being able to mentor and grow as an Educator alongside the children and families that I am fortunate enough to spend every day with.
I have my Bachelor in Early Childhood Education from UniSA, and have been in the industry for over 13 years. During this time I have had the opportunity to be in different roles throughout the sector, including Early Childhood Teacher, Trainer & Assessor, Educational Leader, Team Leader and Director.
While I have had the opportunity to travel in my roles, my passion lies working alongside educators and children, nurturing their development and watching them grow.
