At Goodstart Werribee, our philosophy centres around the belief that every child is a unique individual with their own interests and strengths. We embrace a play-based learning approach that nurtures curiosity and creativity, allowing children to explore their world in meaningful ways.

Through our philosophy, we aim to create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive and become confident, capable learners.
Children need to feel safe and supported to learn and grow, so we promote key educator relationships between our educators and children. Your child will have at least one educator (their key educator) who takes them under their wing and really gets to know them. 
Our Key Educator relationships help children form secure attachments. Educators work closely with smaller groups and individual children to better understand each child. These relationships lead to improved outcomes for children as we foster more communication between families and educators. 
We inform families regularly about their child's progress and welcome family involvement in our centre events and activities.  
At our Werribee centre, we're proud to inspire your child's love of learning with the support of our passionate and qualified early childhood experts. Teachers with bachelor's degrees run our three and four-year-old kindergarten program, so children can be well on their way to excellent learning outcomes by the time they start school.

As someone working in this industry, I understand the importance of continuous growth, learning, and expanding my knowledge. By doing so, I am better equipped to create the best possible outcomes for every child I have the honour of working with.
What I love about my centre:
I love that here at Goodstart Werribee, we are a beautiful, small centre which has wonderful feeling of being a family and apart of our community. I am so grateful and privileged to work with such an amazing and dedicated team, many of my team of educators have been at the service for many years which helps to provide consistency to families as well as a wonderful work family.
My goals as centre director:
As a centre director I believe it is an important part of my role to empower and lead my team to continue to provide the best outcomes to all. I believe that being compassionate, caring and engaging with all aspects of the service it helps me to be proud of the role I have the privilege of having.
