At Goodstart Wulagi, children learn through exploration, play and discovery in both our engaging indoor spaces and our large natural outdoor areas.
We place a strong emphasis on hands-on, outdoor learning and caring for Country – from sustainability projects to cultural storytelling and community connections – helping children build confidence, resilience and curiosity.
Our educators take the time to understand each child's unique strengths and interests, designing experiences that nurture a sense of belonging, identity, and wellbeing.
We deliver programs grounded in deep research about learning from the earliest age to help every child thrive and achieve optimal outcomes in life. To help develop them, our qualified ECTs use the EYLF and our Goodstart Birth to 3 Practice Framework, which informs care and education for babies (Nursery) and toddlers, recognising the critical period of the first 1,000 days of life.
Families value our close-knit community and continuity of care, especially our collaboration with Wulagi Primary School, which helps prepare children for a confident transition to school.
Our rooms are lovingly named in Larrakia language: Nursery 1 (Minamidla), Nursery 2 (Damadlabal), Toddlers (Bilawarra), and Preschool (Wudut).
We invite you to book a tour and see firsthand how our inclusive programs and dedicated educators make Goodstart Wulagi a place where children truly thrive.
