Goodstart Gatton

Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Gatton is located in a quiet area set back from the road, with beautiful playgrounds shaded by trees. We offer our families a safe and convenient location, making the daily drop-off and pick-up as stress free as possible.
 
We offer play based programs to assist the children in their development – in rooms from the Nursery to Kindergarten. Our curriculum is developed in line with the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Curriculum Guidelines.  We encourage children to engage in a range of play based learning experiences, based on their own ideas and interests. Our rooms are all about safe, fun, stimulating learning opportunities and we tailor each child’s program to ensure their needs are met and their curiosities are catered for.
 
Outside we have a spacious and shaded playground with age-appropriate equipment. Our outdoor environment provides opportunities for exploration of sensory-based spaces, gardens and natural materials helping teach the children about the environment around them as well as sustainability.

We believe that all children have the right to express themselves in all aspects of their lives and we encourage this through our programs. Our aim is to inspire children to be individuals and utilise their self-help skills. We encourage family participation in our programs and welcome family input. Goodstart Gatton has an open door policy and is part of the community and hopes that families will join with us to discover their child's world. 

Our educators are passionate, highly qualified professionals who understand the individual needs of children and their families. At Goodstart Gatton, our kitchen provides nutritionally balanced meals that are prepared and cooked on site to support your child’s daily nutritional requirements being met. We happily cater for children with specific dietary requirements.

At Goodstart Gatton, we focus on Belonging, Being and Becoming. 

Our educators believe that belonging represents a sense of purpose within the centre, family and the community. It is therefore important that children feel as though they belong within our environment.

The children engaging in activities to promote their abilities allows them to feel a sense of being and individuality.

Finally, becoming represents the people they will become with the aid of their family, this centre and the community. Children learn from what they see and we aim to provide a loving and nurturing environment for them every day here at Goodstart Early Learning Gatton.
