I am deeply grateful for the exceptional experience my son has had with Goodstart North Melbourne. What sets it apart is its ability to create a vibrant, inclusive community where children truly thrive. The teachers promotes respect, kindness, and empathy into daily activities, teaching through meaningful interactions and positive role modeling. My son has not only acquired knowledge but has formed beautiful friendships that will be cherished memories of his early years. The school is also very diverse, helping children from different backgrounds learn together and develop a profound understanding of individual differences. This approach teaches invaluable lessons of tolerance and mutual respect that extend far beyond the classroom. Thank you for the carefully planned, nourishing meals to the warm, supportive environment created by every staff member. The administrators, reception, and teaching assistants demonstrate an extraordinary commitment, always patient, kind, and genuinely invested in each child's growth and happiness. The warm welcome and jolly disposition of the staff make dropping off my son a joy, making our daily routine smoother and more delightful. To the entire Goodstart North Melbourne team: Thank you for inspiring and shaping young lives with such passion, creativity, and excellence
Very good team from management to their teachers. Nisha is so accommodating, understanding and supportive and the educators like Aman and her team are so helpful specially during my son’s transition to childcare. I will forever be grateful for their kindness, compassion and commitment. They know the children well.

I have the honour of leading our multi-cultural and diverse community here in North Melbourne, on the land of the Wurundjeri Woi-Wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung people. With 14 years of experience in early childhood education and care, I'm deeply passionate about creating an environment where every child can thrive and discover their unique potential.
My background:
I began my journey as a Certificate III educator supporting across multiple centres, which ignited my passion for early learning. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to complete my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, lead nursery and toddler rooms and develop from Assistant Director to Centre Director.
My early childhood philosophy:
I believe all children families and staff should be nurtured, heard, and welcomed into a safe and happy centre. For me, it's all about ensuring children and families are included and feel welcome in a centre that is culturally safe for them.
What I love most about Goodstart North Melbourne:
Goodstart North Melbourne is special because you are greeted with warmth and positivity when you come into the centre and encouraged to share your cultural celebrations. Every day, I'm inspired by the smiles, laughter, and learning that happen within our walls.
My commitment to you:
As centre director, my door is always open to families. I'm here to ensure your child's experience with us is nurturing, educational, and fun. I believe in transparent communication and building partnerships with parents to support each child's journey.
Come and say 'Hi':
I look forward to welcoming you and your family to Goodstart North Melbourne. Please feel free to reach out with any questions, or better yet, book a tour to see firsthand the wonderful environment we've created for our children. Together, we can make these early years enriching and memorable.
