Preschool vacancies now available at Goodstart Double Bay!

Vacancies are filling fast in Goodstart Double Bay’s nursery, toddler and Preschool rooms.
 
Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Double Bay is an architecturally designed, purpose-built centre, located in a residential area, close to shops, schools and community services.

We have places for 123 children, offering early learning with long day hours for children aged six weeks to five years, including a tailored Preschool program to get your child ready for school and life.

Three individual learning hubs will enable children to break into their developmental stages to enhance interaction with each other, and facilitate dedicated care by qualified early childhood teachers and educators.

Children at the centre will have access to stimulating early childhood learning experiences and curriculum developed and delivered by experienced teachers. Programs will be designed to foster each child’s individual needs and interests, in line with the Early Years' Learning Framework.

Our Storypark platform, as well as regular family nights and emailed newsletters, enable us to stay in close contact with parents and families, ensuring open and clear communication. This also means we can tailor each program to the child’s individual needs, interests and strengths – as well as the strong level of cultural diversity in our centre.

We have a qualified cook who cooks fresh, healthy and nutritious meals for the children each day. The centre provides all meals during the day, including breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and a late snack. 

Outside, we have age appropriate play spaces and equipment, all geared to enhance the children’s awareness of their surrounds and the greater environment, as well as their understanding of the importance of sustainability. Our two play areas have balance beams, sandpits, a balance of manmade and natural play surfaces, vege patches, teepee, planter boxes and lots of shade.

Within a stone’s throw of the new library, Woolworths and the wholefood market, the centre’s location will enable opportunities for children to explore and be a key part of the local community.
