About our centre

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we regret to advise you that Goodstart Gladesville is temporarily closed. We will endeavour to keep you informed once we have established a re-opening date.

Our modern, purpose-built centre provides much-needed care for local families. Featuring six spacious learning areas over two levels and separate nursery sleep rooms, Goodstart Gladesville is designed as a modern yet home-like, naturally inspired environment.

Other features include four seperate age-appropriate outdoor, natural playspaces directly accessible from each learning space - including sensory paths, sandpits, bamboo teepees, mud kitchen and water play. The centre has naturally-inspired, purpose-built learning environments with the latest educational resources.

With a highly experienced and qualified team, our early learning programs cater to each child’s stage of development, from six weeks of age to Preschool-aged children. The curriculum is based on the Early Years Learning Framework and is tailored to your child’s individual interests.

Please contact us to register your interest or book a tour at Goodstart Gladesville and be the first to hear updates and news.

Chloe Kippen

Centre Director

As an Early Childhood Teacher I believe that we have the opportunity to shape and inspire our future, through the children of today.

Inspired by Liv Vygotsky and Loris Malaguzzi, I believe that children are knowledgeable and capable individuals, each possessing the ability to; inspire and share their knowledge with those around them, as well as resource and construct their own learning through play, exploration and relationships.

I strive to consistently provide children with opportunities to learn and grow, respecting and incorporating their voices into their environments and learning programs.

I believe children deserve to be in an environment that encourages development in all spheres of life including their sense of identity,  confidence and sense of wellbeing; and aim to provide this each and every day.

Each individual child holds the ability to teach us something new – if only we take a moment to observe.

As a leader I am inspired by Brene Brown, who reminds me that as a leader I do not need to have all the answers and asking the right questions is so much more valuable. I am reminded to be vulnerable, brave and rumble with ideas as I strive towards creating change and greatness.

Patrice Gordon reminds me that there are no limits from whom you can learn, lean into to peoples’ strengths and learn from their worldly experience.
